Covent Gardens is especially designed to provide a safe, secure, comfortable, and enjoyable home life for its residents. Inspired by the aesthetics of the original Covent Garden in London, East Empire Land Holdings designed and built world-class amenities to rejuvenate the minds and bodies of the residents.

The first thing that will greet residents and visitors is the well-appointed main lobby, which is designed to appear and feel like the reception area of a five-star hotel. Friendly front desk staff will be assigned to the lobby to provide assistance to residents and guests.

The South and West Residences, the two towers located in the Covent Garden complex, are fitted with three to four high-speed elevators each. Fire exits are located in key areas in the buildings, while CCTV surveillance systems are fitted in all of the common areas in the complex.
